In it, we report to our stakeholder groups – including our shareholders, customers, employees and the community – on our performance in addressing social, economic, environmental and ethical issues. Formerly known as the Public Accountability Statement, this year we have adopted a new name — the Corporate Social Responsibility Report/Public Accountability Statement — in order to reflect the expanding scope of issues addressed in the report.
